Easy Pose & Chakra Awareness
This simple but powerful practice helps you tune into your energy centers and begin to notice blockages or imbalances.
How to Practice:
Find a comfortable seated position (cross-legged or on a chair).
Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Bring awareness to each chakra, starting from the root and moving up to the crown. Imagine energy flowing freely through each one.
If a specific chakra feels “stuck,” breathe into it, visualizing its color and inviting balance.
