How to Practice:
1ď¸âŁ Lie on your back, knees bent
2ď¸âŁ Cross your right ankle over left thigh (like a figure 4)
3ď¸âŁ Gently pull your left thigh toward your chest
4ď¸âŁ Flex your feet to protect the knees
5ď¸âŁ Breathe deeply and stay for 2â3 minutes per side
