A gentle, accessible way to open the hips and release hidden tension.

How to Practice:

1️⃣ Lie on your back, knees bent
2️⃣ Cross your right ankle over left thigh (like a figure 4)
3️⃣ Gently pull your left thigh toward your chest
4️⃣ Flex your feet to protect the knees
5️⃣ Breathe deeply and stay for 2–3 minutes per side

💡 Tip: If the stretch is intense, place a pillow behind your head or under your hips. Relax the jaw, soften the eyes.
